Fun Summer Events in Calgary, AB This July

Happy belated Canada Day everybody! Hopefully you had a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend to kick off the month of July, but we’ve got great news for you: Canada Day was just the start of what might be one of the most anticipated months of the year for Calgary Hyundai owners looking to hop into their vehicles and make the most of the area during the warmer months. July is frankly pretty awesome here in Calgary, AB, and the following are some of our favorite events:

Calgary Stampede: Without question the biggest July event in Calgary, AB, the annual Calgary Stampede is non-stop fun for the week-and-a-half that it’s here. Enjoy the rodeo and stage shows all you want, but there’s also plenty to be said for the carnival food, fun games, shopping opportunities, and awesome rides. There is so much fun to be had at this event, so get out there and have some of it this July!

Pet-A-Palooza: At the end of the month, visitors can partake in Calgary’s biggest outdoor pet festival, which includes Dock Dogs Canada, fly ball shows, all sorts of agility demos, and a faux “Running of the Bulls” simulated with French and English bulldogs. It’s fun to watch these athletic dogs do their things. You and your kids are going to love it!

Cyclepalooza: If you’re a bicycling enthusiast, this do-it-yourself bike festival could be a lot of fun for you. There are special rides that ultimately end up at local adult beverage facilities, but there are several bike-based events over the course of the week that are great for anybody who loves a good two-wheeler.

As your Hyundai dealership serving Calgary, we encourage you to hop behind the wheel of your Hyundai automobile and make the most of the warm weather in beautiful Calgary, AB this July!
